Sacha A. Boegem, Esq.
An experienced litigator, Sacha’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation representing corporate and individual clients in a variety of business disputes including landlord/tenant disputes, supplier/distributor and franchise litigation, trust and estate litigation, employment matters, partnership and corporate governance disputes, and antitrust and unfair competition claims. Prior to joining the firm, Sacha practiced law at Am Law 100 firms in New York City and Miami. Sacha is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida. During law school Sacha served as Notes & Comments Editor of the Tulane Law Review and as president of his law school class.
Prior to practicing law, Sacha served as a White House and Congressional intern, worked on various political campaigns, and was an editor of a non-partisan political news publication. Sacha remains active in his community, and among other activities has advocated to elected officials in Washington, D.C. and Tallahassee as a member of the Jewish Community Relations Council on behalf of various public policies. Sacha lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Stacy, their son, Jay, and the family dog, Beaux.
