Jordan P. Goldman, Esq.
Jordan P. Goldman is a member of the Firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including commercial real estate litigation, employment matters, and partnership and corporate governance disputes. Jordan is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, in addition to being a member of the Florida Bar.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan practiced law at a national insurance defense firm where he represented businesses and individuals in automobile liability, premises liability, product liability, negligent security, and general casualty matters.
Jordan earned his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he served as president of NSU Law’s Association of Business Law Students, worked as a research assistant focusing on intellectual property and entertainment law, and was recognized as a student scholar by The Business Law Section of The Florida Bar. During law school, Jordan also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mark A. Speiser of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and the Honorable A. Jay Cristol of the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Florida.
Prior to his legal career, Jordan worked for a premier advertising agency and gained valuable experience delivering results-driven marketing campaigns for sophisticated clientele.
