Diea is admitted to practice before all courts within the State of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. While in law school, Diea was a member of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and was awarded the Distinguished Student Award for the Fitzgerald Class. |

Diea Schum is an attorney in the Firm's Litigation Department. Diea’s practice focuses on commercial disputes, including foreclosures, contract actions, employment matters, and a variety of other civil disputes. Diea is an experienced litigator practicing before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts throughout Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has second chaired trials within various South Florida trial courts, as well the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
