 J. Robert ("Bob") Joines is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department. Bob's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and general corporate matters. His wide-ranging experience includes service as General Counsel for a private equity investment firm, Director of M&A for a publicly-traded telecommunications infrastructure company and Transactional Attorney for a prominent worldwide law firm. Bob was admitted to the Ohio Bar (inactive) in 1994 and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999.
