 Brett Horowitz is an attorney in the Firm's Litigation Department. Brett's practice focuses on commercial disputes, including landlord/tenant actions, contract actions, employment matters, and a variety of civil disputes. Brett is also an experienced appellate and trial lawyer having argued before the Third and Fourth Florida District Courts of Appeal and various trial courts with several published opinions. Brett is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C. While in law school, Brett was a member of the Florida State Law Review and Order of the Coif.
