This practice group represents lenders and borrowers in the placement, negotiation and structuring of corporate lines of credit, asset-based loans, revolving loans, term loans, equipment loans and trade finance. The attorneys in this group also represent companies and investors in venture capital and equity finance transactions; preparing private placement memoranda and subscription documentation; and providing counseling to company's in negotiations with prospective investors.
