 Ricardo Reyes heads up the Firm's litigation department. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing corporate clients and individuals in a variety of business disputes including construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and employment issues such as enforceability of restrictive covenants, discrimination, and retaliation. Rick was a partner at Ruden, McClosky prior to co-founding Tobin & Reyes in 1999. Rick is an experienced trial lawyer who is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Rick is a member of the Florida Bar and has served on numerous Florida Bar committees. He is an AV-rated attorney and was named to Florida Trend's 2005 "Florida Legal Elite."
